Return Policy
— Returns are generally accepted within the first 30 days of purchase without additional requirements.
— Return freight is the responsibility of the customer when Apache is not at fault for product or service nonconformances.
— We will offer full credit or exchange for defective products within 1 calendar year from date of purchase. Product defects do not include damage by misuse or handling.
— Returns due to service errors must be reported to Apache within 14 calendar days.
— All return request must be completed through a return material authorization (RMA). RMA have a 30 days effective period from date of issue. The returned products must be shipped prior to the expiration of the RMA. Otherwise a new RMA must be completed before return is allowed.
— If a not at fault return is accepted beyond 30 days, Apache has the option to charge up to 25% restocking fee on the items to be returned.
— Product returned must be in new and working condition. Return that's used or damaged will not be accepted.
— Product defect claims must be accompanied by photo, video, or test results. Apache will conduct product testing to verify the results once the item is received.
